Job Description
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including, but not limited to: Computer science engineering degree or equivalent. Must have 15+ years of experience with SDLC. Must be a hands-on Software engineering manager. Must have in-depth knowledge about distributed systems design. Must have at-least 6+ years of management experience. Must have prior experience in building distributed applications using the core Java spring framework. Must have prior experience in building RESTful microservices using spring boot application. Strong expertise in RDBMS. Working knowledge of NoSQL databases such as Cassandra, message brokers like Kafka, and distributed cache systems like REDIS. Expertise in application and data architecture design principles. Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals. Prior experience in cloud-based technology like AWS is required. Must have expertise in Dockers and Kubernetes. Previous experience in financial transactions in Banking/FinTech sector is a plus
