Description
This job owns all new partnerships and initiatives across products, partnerships and projects which includes new product launches, new projects including amalgamations, new network or partnership opportunities and new business opportunities
Key Accountabilities:
Own all key new initiatives from inception to launch (such key new initiatives could include opportunities out of M&A, new partnerships and networks or new products) in partnership with the Country Leadership
Proactively Scope the market for new business or network opportunities
Conduct pre-screening and evaluation of ecosystem networks and partners
In partnership with the CBG Country leadership, work to detail out these opportunities, identify costs and risks, secure necessary approvals
Work with the CBG country leadership to implement identified new initiatives through organizational processes such as NPA etc
Co-ordinate with all country and regional stakeholders to ensure all new initiatives are delivered as per deadlines
In partnership with the Country CBG Leadership, manage internal and external relationships pertaining to these new initiatives and work. Own and monitor the project management of new initiatives; identify and highlight risks to delivery and work towards resolution of the same.
Experience:
Over 15 years of banking experience in India with experience in retail Banking
Leadership, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
