Job Description
This position will be responsible for leading talent management to shape and implement strategies that will help us develop and retain talent.
Roles and Responsibilities
Below is the list of roles and responsibilities (but not limited to) -
• Develop and implement talent management strategies, initiatives and programs to develop and retain top talent in the organization
• Drive adoption of global frameworks, processes and tools within the Talent Management space with a specific focus on deployment in India
• Lead & coordinate country-wide efforts in the selection and assessment of talent, our talent review process, and succession planning
• Lead the development and implementation of talent review processes and tools to identify high-potential employees and develop succession plans for critical roles
• Represent India and influence the design and development of talent-related programs
• Partner with senior leaders to drive the shared goals and provide coaching mentoring, and leadership development to key leaders and high-potential employees
• Design, develop, and deliver HIPO Programs enabling fast-track growth and development of HIPO cohort
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, and other stakeholders to develop talent
• Design and implement programs to support employee engagement, retention, and career development
• Drive the development and execution of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives that foster an inclusive culture and attract diverse talent.
• Develop and manage key talent metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent management programs and initiatives
• Work with the Compensation and Benefits team to ensure that HiPo's compensation and benefits programs are competitive and aligned with business objectives
qualification / Skills
• Master of Business Administration with a minimum of 10 to 15 years in Talent & Career Management / Business Partner
• Experience in conducting focused group discussions; curating career initiatives
• Design solutions through partners (Vendors) as required to drive TM initiatives
• Tested program/project management skills with data-driven reporting and impact measurement
• Communicate effectively at all levels (both internally and externally); ability to work and influence Team members/ Stakeholders across different sites globally
• Analyze large volume of data points, identifying issues and recommending solutions
• Thrive in emerging and challenging environments, demonstrate superior judgment with a willingness to speak up amid adversity
Recommended but not Mandatory
• Certified Practitioner of Psychometric tools (ADEPT, Predictive Index, etc) or Talent/Career Management Credentials (from TMI, etc
