VP/Director - Consumer (Global Investment Bank)

About the Role

As a Senior Investment Professional, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile transactions and provide strategic advisory services to clients in India.

This is a front-end investment role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end deal management, including financial modeling, due diligence, and transaction execution

Providing strategic advisory services to clients on M&A deals

Working closely with cross-functional teams, including corporate finance, operations, and legal

Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

6+ years of post-qualification experience in Investment Banking, Deals Advisory, or Due Diligence

Proven track record of success in deal execution and client service

Strong understanding of the consumer sector and its dynamics

Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
