Job Description
• Create a robust governance strategy in line with DBIL risk appetite and growth ambition – Monitor, and ensure compliance to Bank Policy Standards and Guide.
• Work closely with the business managers and credit risk , collections to ensure a timely creation of the annual budgets ( Expense budget, Head count, Provisioning etc) and close tracking of the same through periodic reviews.
• Create a robust Business intelligence, MIS and reporting structure that allows for a close monitoring of the asset business and helps in aking both tactical and strategic decisions.
• Liaise with various partners like L&C, Audit, Technology, Operations, Finance as required for the smooth functioning of the Consumer Credit Unit.
