Job Description
The ideal candidate would have worked in Investment Banking advisory, especially in Private Equity and IPO kind of projects, structured finance Projects. Experience in Debt projects would be an added advantage.
The role entails:
- Client management
- Understanding client objectives, priorities, business model
- Managing client expectations and deepening levels of engagement with the client
- Actively scheduling and attending meetings with the clients
- Deal Execution
- Overall responsibility for transaction origination and execution
- Ensuring smooth and timely execution and proactively anticipating and addressing any road blocks
- Proactive engagement with Investors and other intermediaries to articulate the investment opportunity
- Providing leadership and guidance to the team on
- Preparation of financial models, comparable analysis, valuation analysis
- Preparation of pitch books, client presentations, information memorandums
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience (post qualification) in Corporate Finance Advisory/ Investment Banking/ Private Equity/ Corporate Banking/ Investor Relations
- Should be a qualified Chartered Accountant /MBA (Finance)/ Chartered Financial AnalystTips: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall
