Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a VTL / VMC / CNC Operator at Unimech Aerospace & Manufacturing Limited located in Bengaluru. As an operator, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to machine operation, quality control, machining, milling, and handling machinery. Your role will require precise execution of tasks to ensure high-quality output and adherence to specifications.
As a CNC Turning Lathe Operator, you will be responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to perform precision machining operations on various materials. You will primarily work with a CNC turning lathe, producing components according to engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Qualifications
• Machine Operation, Machining, and Milling skills
• Experience operating CNC VTL machines.
• Experience in quality control and adherence to specifications
• Knowledge of machinery operation and maintenance
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of 5S.
• Experience in the aerospace, defense, or power generation sectors is a plus
• Technical certification or diploma in machining or related field
• ITI, Diploma, GTTC, NTTF & BE
