Key Responsibilities

- Edit videos to include smooth transitions, text overlays, and sound enhancements
- Ensure all video content aligns with the brand's guidelines and messaging
- Provide creative input for the development of video concepts and storyboards
- Conduct quality checks on final edits to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Manage and organize the video library for easy access and retrieval
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video editing and production
- Offer technical expertise and guidance on video-related projects
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely delivery of video projects
- Maintain a high level of proficiency with video editing software and tools
- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for video content
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand their vision and preferences

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communication, or related field
- Demonstrated professional experience as a video editor or in a similar role
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical video editing skills
- Ability to understand and align video content with branding and marketing objectives
- Excellent understanding of video formats, codecs, and file delivery
- Solid grasp of visual storytelling and effective communication through video
- Good understanding of color grading and audio synchronization in video editing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities within a team setting
- Attention to detail and a critical eye for quality and consistency in video content
- Ability to adapt to feedback and make necessary adjustments to video edits
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus
- Understanding of copyright and licensing laws related to video content
