KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities of the Executive Assistant position include :
- Heavy calendar management
- Organizing travel arrangements
- Coordinating logistics for internal and external meetings
- Tracking business and travel expenses and preparing expense reports
- Creating and maintaining documents in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Additional ad hoc projects of an administrative nature as needed
The Successful Applicant
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking candidates with the following skills and qualifications :
- Relevant administrative experience in a corporate, financial or professional services environment.
- Should come with strong industry knowledge of PE / VC / IB / Management Consulting
- Strong communication and relationship management skills, including the ability to be flexible.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, "real time" environment with constantly changing priorities and immediate issues / concerns to be addressed.
- Extremely organized with a demonstrated ability to multitask effectively.
- Detail-oriented and able to efficiently complete tasks within deadlines.
- Dedicated to providing excellent client service to a diverse range of individuals.
- Cooperative team spirit.
