As the ASM you will need to be able to cover Monday & Sunday and work up to 37 hours per week especially in our peak times.
About The Role
The ASM is a key support and 2IC to the Store Manager. In this role, you will learn all about how to run a store all while being surrounded by fabulous products!
Key Areas Of Responsibility Include
Customer - creating exceptional experiences through your interaction with all customers
People - training, coaching and motivating and rostering
Finances - understanding and helping the team to achieve targets and minimise shrinkage
Presentation - love making the Store look shoppable and learn about the art of Visual Merchandising
Operations: administrative tasks, stock take, Click + Collect.
What You Need To Succeed
Previous retail experience ideally as an ASM or supervisor or even if you have experience stepping up and are ready to make your mark!
The ability, and passion to motivate, inspire and engage team members and customers
Experience or desire to work in a high volume stock environment, it is busy but a whole lot of fun!
