The Role:
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced community minded Pharmacist and/or Pharmacy Leader to take their career to the next level and to join the close knit team at TerryWhite Chemmart Waikiki as their new Pharmacist Manager. Located in picturesque Waikiki, this could be the perfect leadership and sea change opportunity you have been searching for! The Pharmacist Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dispensary, ensuring the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical services to patients and clients. This role involves managing staff, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and achieving financial and operational targets. The Pharmacist Manager will lead the team in providing exceptional customer service, optimising inventory management, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance the pharmacy's performance and growth working closely with our experienced Dispensary Manager and Retail Manager. Within your role you will minimise risk by ensuring all professional and legislative requirements are met, and any discrepancies are reported promptly. This position requires a commitment to continuous professional development and fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
This position will be available from May, but are happy to discuss your availability should you be ready to go sooner.
About You:
You are passionate about community pharmacy and are looking to share your commitment and service offerings, particularly in clinical care.
Have current registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA.
Community Pharmacy experience preferred.
Proficiency in Minfos is advantageous.
Know how to politely say no to the never-ending stream of treats offered to our team by our community.
