Hall Staff
One of Sydney's best Japanese restaurant, Kuon Sushi sei is looking for Wait Staff / Kitchen hand for our casual dining Japanese restaurant with a passionate, fast-paced kitchen hand, strong work ethic, is looking to grow into a Casual role and enjoys working in a team environment.
wage: Hourly $27- $36
Duties include:
Assisting our team of chefs with basic operation
Greeting customers
Sanitizing workstations
Cleaning and mopping floors
Make sure all areas in the hall are clean and meet quality standards
Removing rubbish
Customer service
Recommend Drinks
Check the bookings
Help the kitchen hand and preparation
All applicants must be motivated, independent and enjoy a challenge.
The ideal applicant will have:
A passion for food, wine and sake
organize and prepare stocks and hall space
Work with the chef and management on properly storing stocks.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Wines and Sake and also health and safety
Previous hospitality experience working in a fast-paced environment
A visa valid for a period greater than one year.
