As a member of our team, you will be responsible for taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience. We are looking for individuals who are able to work well under pressure, have strong communication skills, and can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Key responsibilities:
- Greeting guests and taking orders in a friendly and professional manner
- Delivering food and beverages in a timely fashion
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Assisting with food preparation and cleaning duties as needed
- Handling cash and processing payments accurately
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- RSA certification is essential
Shift Leaders will also be responsible for overseeing the wait staff, ensuring that shifts run smoothly, and handling any customer complaints or issues that may arise. Previous leadership experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong leadership potential.
