We are looking for experienced SECTION WAITERS and FOOD RUNNERS to join our team!
Clam Bar is a busy fine dining New York style seafood grill and steakhouse located on Bridge Street in the heart of the Sydney CBD (close to both Circular Quay and Martin Place Stations). We are open for lunch and dinner Monday-Saturday (Sundays off) and are offering a flexible schedule spread over a 4 day working week, great tips, delicious staff meals each shift and a generous staff discount across our group including Pellegrino 2000 and soon to be Neptune’s Grotto.
The successful candidate will become part of a team of industry professionals that strive to produce a world class experience each service. As part of a growing restaurant group there will be unmatched opportunities for progression. A passion for restaurants, food, wine and hospitality are non-negotiable but training will be provided for the right candidate.
Requirements:
· Exceptional customer service.
· The ability to work in a fast paced environment with attention to detail.
· Experience in a similar fine dining role.
· Strong teamwork and communication skills.
· Able to turn tables comfortably within a 2 hour time-frame
