Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and drink orders accurately.
Provide menu recommendations and answer customer questions.
Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
Ensure tables are set properly with utensils, napkins, and condiments.
Check on customers during their meals to ensure satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate as necessary.
Clear and clean tables promptly after customers leave.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and workstations.
Assist with setting up and breaking down the dining area before and after service.
Follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation.
Waiter Requirements:
Endurance to walk and stand for long hours.
Flexible work hours.
Ability to remain calm and professional with difficult customers.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Coordination to carry plates or trays without dropping anything.
Experience: 0-3 years experience
