Tastykhana is a growing restaurant brand offering authentic and delicious cuisine with a focus on high-quality service and customer satisfaction. We are expanding rapidly and seeking enthusiastic service professionals to join our Balewadi team.

Job Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and ****** them to their tables.
Present menus and explain daily specials, dishes, and recommendations.
Take accurate food & beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring the correct presentation and quality.
Check with customers to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area and service stations.
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operation and timely order delivery.
Process billing and handle payments accurately.
Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when needed.
Follow restaurant SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety guidelines.
Maintain inventory of cutlery, glassware, and service items when required.
Required Skills & QualificationsPrior experience as a Waiter/Waitress preferred (restaurant/café/hotel experience).
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Customer service–oriented with a positive attitude and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
Presentable, punctual, and disciplined.
Basic knowledge of POS billing systems is an advantage.
