Job Summary:

We are seeking friendly, energetic, and professional Wait Staff to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will provide exceptional table service, guide guests through our menu, and help create a memorable dining experience that reflects the essence of African hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests warmly

• Present menus, explain dishes, and make recommendations

• Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly

• Serve meals and beverages efficiently

• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to needs quickly

• Process bills and payments using POS systems

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining area

• Follow all health and safety regulations

• Support team during events and peak periods

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant setting preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• A positive attitude and team spirit

• Knowledge or interest in African cuisine is an asset

• Must be available to work evenings and weekends
