Full job description
We're on the hunt for Junior staff available during the end of year holiday period. We're looking for people with great and bubbly personalities! As a waiter, you’ll be the face of our store and the first point of contact with our customers. Your main goal is to deliver great and genuine service, ensuring our guests leave with a smile.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers with a warm welcome
- Take and accurately process orders
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure satisfaction
- Follow food, hygiene, and safety standards to ensure quality service
- Address customer requests and resolve any issues or complaints
- Provide checks and process payments efficiently
- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Keep the floor clean and organised, clearing tables as needed
- Be available to work daytime shifts or closing shifts, with finishes as late as 12am–1am as required

- Great customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
- You’re a natural multi-tasker who greets everyone with a positive attitude
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- A true team player who thrives in a collaborative environment

- Great communication skills, both with customers and team members
- Ability to work quickly, with urgency, and maintain a high level of service
