Job Title: Waiter/Waitress
We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team at The Standard, London. Our restaurants, bars, and event spaces are the cultural heart-beat of the city, and we're looking for someone who can embody our 'Anything but Standard' ethos.
Your Role:
As a Waiter/Waitress at The Standard, you will be part of an exceptional team that is passionate about service and dedicated to providing an unforgettable experience for our guests.
You will have a deep understanding of our menu and bar offerings and be able to confidently host our guests, ensuring their experience is enhanced by your exceptional knowledge and warm hospitality.
We are looking for someone with prior experience as a Waiter/Waitress, preferably in a similar lifestyle boutique hotel, destination restaurant or cocktail bar. You will need to be highly social, motivated and proactive, with a passion for food, drinks and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage and connect with a wide range of guests from different backgrounds
Confidence in restaurant operations and the order of service
Good level of drinks knowledge from cocktails to beers and wines
Highly social, motivated, and pro-active; acting with professionalism and positivity in all interactions
Available full-time with full flexibility to work Monday–Sunday
