CERU is a vibrant Eastern Mediterranean-inspired restaurant group known for delicious flavours, warm hospitality, and a fast-paced, energetic atmosphere. We’re looking for experienced, motivated Waiting Staff who take pride in their service and run their section like it’s their own business.
The Role
As part of our front-of-house team, your mission is to deliver exceptional guest experiences through great communication, strong decision-making, and attention to detail. You’ll upsell naturally, build rapport with guests, and keep service smooth through teamwork and professionalism across all shifts.

Confident communicators and natural salespeople
Hard-working, friendly, and reliable
Focused on detail and able to run their own section
Comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback
Quick to learn and eager to improve

Flexible to work across our three Central London sites
