As our customer base continues to grow, we are seeking friendly, reliable front-of-house staff to deliver excellent service and support our takeaway operations.
Role Summary
We are looking for a motivated Waitress/FOH Staff Member to greet customers, take orders, upsell menu items, and assist with packing takeaway and delivery orders. Candidates with experience in Malaysian or Singapore cuisine will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and professionally.
Take dine-in and takeaway orders accurately (counter + phone orders).
Upsell specials, add-ons, drinks, and signature dishes.
Pack takeaway and delivery orders neatly and efficiently.
Operate POS systems and handle payments accurately.
Maintain cleanliness of FOH, dining areas, and service counters.
Provide menu recommendations and explain spice levels/allergens.
Assist the kitchen by managing order flow during peak hours.
