Hotel Waiter for Mayurbhanj Kitchen.Com (Family Restaurant) (Job Location - Near Dargadohi Golei Baripada , Mayurbhanj, Orissa )
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:

Operational Excellence:Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Monitor inventory levels and manage supplies efficiently.

Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Continuously seek ways to enhance the overall dining experience.
Quality Control:Ensure the consistency and quality of food and service.
Conduct regular inspections and evaluations to maintain high standards.
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine menu items.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service orientation.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations and financial management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
• Knowledge of industry trends and a passion for the culinary arts.

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
