Job Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers as they enter restaurant , take orders, and serve food and drinks.
Restock supplies and collaborate with kitchen staff for efficient service.
Handle Front Office and Customers with Manager.
Accurately process sales and purchase and maintain a neat and tidy restaurant.
Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses.
Promote the restaurant online & offline by organising Events, Special Offers & Word-of-mouth.
Job Requirements:
3-4 years of experience in a café, restaurant, or bar.
Good communication skills required. Those who can join immediately can apply for the job.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
