We are looking for a Waiter. This is a full-time role and will be reporting into the F&B Ops Manager and Lounge Manager.
Working pattern: working 5 days per week with 2 days off / shift work 6.30am – 3pm / 8am – 4.30am / 12 – 8.30pm / 2.30pm – 11pm
Salary: £237+5.20 + service charge
We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail and has previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment.
As a Waiter You Will Be Responsible For
• creating memorable experience to our guest by using emotional engagement and high attention to details.
• being familiar with all menus and all products available.
• cleaning and setting up tables.
• taking orders for our wonderful guests.
• making sure that all food service areas are maintained to the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene.
• assisting with the restaurant with in house telephone calls and messages from guests as well as taking reservations to the company standards.

A number of bedrooms enjoy stunning views across Princes Street Gardens towards Edinburgh Castle. All guest rooms are equipped with every mod-con, including charging points for a variety of devices. The Wallace is our all-day lounge, dining room, well-stocked bar, library and tasting room, guests can dine on delicious hearty fare, made using the freshest local produce while sipping on a single malt or artisan gin, or relax and enjoy traditional afternoon tea while gazing at Edinburgh Castle.
