Position Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Waiter/Waitress to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering a positive dining experience by providing attentive service, handling guest requests efficiently, and ensuring a high standard of hospitality.
What You’ll Do
Greet guests warmly and guide them through menu and beverage options
Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver items promptly
Prepare and serve beverages following house standards and recipes
Ensure tables and service areas are clean, organized, and properly set up
Process payments, manage bills, and handle transactions responsibly
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to any concerns professionally
Follow responsible ******* service practices and applicable regulations
Support team members to maintain smooth and efficient service
Assist with restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels
Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting (minimum 3 years preferred)
Strong customer service mindset with a positive, friendly attitude
Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for handling payments and orders accurately
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Reliability and attention to detail
A genuine interest in creating a great guest experience
