Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Care or Food & Beverage (F&B) service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, and maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively and professionally
• Assist in day-to-day operations of the customer service or F&B outlet
• Ensure hygiene, grooming, and service standards are consistently met
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Maintain a welcoming and positive environment for customers
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Care or F&B Service
• Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
• Well-groomed and presentable appearance
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
