Job Description
A Waiter is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, taking accurate orders, and serving food and drinks in a restaurant or bar. Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting and seating guests.
- Taking orders and providing menu information.
- Serving food and drinks efficiently.
- Ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving issues.
- Managing billing and payments.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Promoting specials and upselling.
- Adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
• Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous serving experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of menu items and beverages.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Neat and presentable appearance.
