Our buzzing casual dining restaurant The Buttery (regularly featured in CN Traveller as one of London’s top brunch spots) offers top quality breakfasts, brunch and coffee to a vibrant mix of in-house guests and the local community. The Lime Tree Hotel is an award-winning boutique hotel located in the vibrant Belgravia area of London, adjacent to the charming independent eateries and shops of Elizabeth Street. We are included in The Sunday Times ‘Top 100 British Hotels’ list.
The role
We are looking for an experienced Waiter / Waitress to join our front of house team, you will take the lead in ensuring our customers receive fantastic service each and every time. The role encompasses the following main responsibilities:
• Providing table and counter service to our guests, ensuring they receive our hallmark friendly and efficient service
• Processing orders, preparing bills and taking payments using our EPOS system
• Taking food and drink orders to tables, clearing away and resetting to prepare for new customers
• Ensuring the serving stations are kept clean and free of clutter and our hygiene protocols are followed
• Following daily opening and closing checklists for the restaurant

We need an engaging hospitality professional with a calm, organised approach and bags of positive energy! We are looking for someone who has the following attributes:
• Brilliant at interacting with the public and delivering exceptional service
• Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
• Able to work calmly and efficiently during fast-paced service
• A natural team player who communicates well with colleagues
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure our high standards are maintained
• At least six month’s experience in a similar role at a high quality hospitality establishment
