The Position
We invite you to join Rocco Forte Hotels as a Waiter in our Brasserie, where fine food and wine come together in five-star luxury service.
As Commis Waiter, you will be part of an exceptional team that delivers flawless service in a world-leading hotel restaurant. You will assist the management team in meeting the high expectations of discerning guests and diners.
You will work closely with Restaurant Manager Pierre De Honestis to deliver consistently flawless service for diners, exceeding their expectations at all times. To thrive in this role, you should be eager to learn and adapt quickly, even in high-pressure situations.
You must be exceptionally well-presented and able to make a warm first impression on our guests while maintaining discreet and sensitive standards of service.

This is a 5-day working week, with 30 hours per week.
