We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server who can speak Fluent English Plus ( Arabic or Urdu ) to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for food service and a commitment to providing exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests receive high-quality service while maintaining the standards of our fine dining establishment.
Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations on food and beverage selections, utilizing upselling techniques to enhance guest experience.
• Prepare food items as needed, ensuring proper sanitation and adherence to food safety guidelines.
• Process cash handling transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils between guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly.
• Manage time effectively to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.
Experience
• Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred, particularly in fine dining establishments.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and sanitation standards is essential.
• Strong cash handling skills with experience using POS systems is advantageous.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
• A positive attitude with strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members professionally.
