The Role
We’re looking for talented and reliable servers who are passionate about providing memorable and service in a go above and beyond for the guests. You’ll be working alongside an experienced team, creating memorable and amazing experiences for our guests.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced upper class restaurant.
Strong understanding of Italian and Mediterranean cuisine.
Ability to maintain high quality service standards.
Experience with dietary requirements and allergies a bonus...
A "can-do" attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent teamwork skills.
Ability to thrive under pressure in a busy front of house environment.
Availability for nights and weekends.
Must have full working rights in Australia (all working visas must have a minimum of 1 year validity).
