Position: Waiter/WaitressJob Summary: Shark Club UK is seeking experienced and dynamic Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests. With a fun and lively atmosphere, we offer a unique dining experience that will keep our guests coming back for more. If you have a passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities: Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them to guests in a timely manner Maintain knowledge of menu items and make recommendations to guests Upsell and promote daily specials and events Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and well-stocked at all times Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and patience Process guest payments using POS system Follow all food safety and cleaning procedures Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned by the manager Maintain a positive and energetic attitude at all times, promoting a fun and social atmosphereQualifications: Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-volume restaurant Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Food safety certification is a plus Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time Must be able to lift up to 30 poundsWhy Work with Us?At Shark Club UK, we are committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment for our team members.
