• Take & place food & drink orders, serve guests breakfast, lunch & dinner. Set up & bus tables & keep workstations clean. Carry trays, plates, and glasses, run food from kitchen.
• Minimum 35hrs/wk. 8p-3p & 3p-10p. Rotating shifts.
• Monday through Sunday, Scheduled shift and workdays vary.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Min starting wage $22.35/hr. OT maybe available over 40hrs/wk at $33.53/hr. Tipped position. Allowed tip credit applied per FLSA guidelines to meet offered wage.
• Pay weekly. Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due.
• 1 mon exp required.
• Daily transportation to/from work is not provided.
• On the job training is not provided.
• No education required.
• Supplies, work tools & equipment are provided free.
• Optional employee housing may be offered at $150/week including utilities and may be payroll deducted weekly.
• All deductions required by law will be payroll deducted weekly.
• Visa & related fees will be reimbursed in the first work week.
• Guaranteed work for total hrs equal to at least ¾ of the workdays in each 12-week period.
• If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will arrange and pay directly for transportation and daily subsistence (min $15.88/day and max $59/day),if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early employer will arrange and pay directly for return transportation and daily subsistence (min $15.88/day and max $59/day),upon departure.
