The 4 star Thistle Marble Arch, located just off Oxford Street and a short walk from the West End and Hyde Park is the latest addition to Thistle Hotels. With 6+2 stylish and spacious bedrooms, the latest technology and 13 meeting rooms, join an exciting and vibrant team to help deliver an excellent guest experience.
The Role
We are looking for enthusiastic people with a passion for great service to join our Meeting and Events Operations team. As an M&E Team Member you will ensure that each and every guest that joins us for a variety of events such as conferences, banquets & business meetings has an exceptional experience. You will of course ensure that all function rooms are set up exactly to the guests requirements, serve food and drinks to guests when needed and help restore the function rooms to its original state after an event, but more than that, you will be empowered to get to know your guests and ensure that you take the necessary steps to personalise their stays and build loyalty.
A genuine passion for delivering quality service is essential to be successful in this role and attention to detail will be crucial to ensure every guest leaves feeling satisfied. There will be an element of multiskilling within your role and you may be asked to work across other departments on occasion, however we believe this allows our team members the opportunity to adapt and develop within the hotel.
