Our Events and Conferences team are seeking hospitality enthusiasts with dedication to creating memorable experiences for all guests.
We currently have Casual Waitperson roles available that require the flexibility to work during weekdays and weekends.
The intake for these roles will be on the 1st of September 2026.
The base pay rate for the Waitperson role is $40.25 per hour (additional weekend penalties added to this rate).
In this role, you will provide fine dining experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
Able to commit to shifts on a Friday and Saturday plus at least one weekday (additional shifts may be offered)
High level of attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and potentially work long hours
Willingness to adhere to grooming standards
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Positive attitude with a service focus
