To source business for CE vertical with a target of 3.5 Cr revenue annually catering to Goregaon, Solapur, Kolkata and one new probable site in the south
Sourcing Prospective clients for CE (Voice & Non Voice Processes)
Meet clients and apply for RFP or through other sources
Share Corporate Profiles, capability and commercial quotes with Prospective Clients
Drive conversions of bids into business for MIBS
Drive revenue of 3.5 Crs annually with Ebita of 10%
Tie up with Freelance BD/ business organizations on Teaming agreement basis to drive overall growth for MIBS
Manage transitions for new business till stabilization (Approx 3 months) and act as a bride between Operations team and Clients
Network with RPC of Organizations to drive growth for MIBS
Keep in touch with existing clients to constantly gauge their current and future business requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years of experience in BD and acquisition of large accounts for Contact Centre/BPO/ KPO's
Minimum Qualification MBA (Full/ Part Time)
MS Office Fluent
Proven track record of delivering Business goals for organizations
Project Management Skills preferred
Business Acumen
