Walk in interview for Accountant for our Enliven estate management Company.

Location: Hopefarm circle, Whitefield, Bangalore-560066

Education Required: BCOM/MCOM

Relevant Experience Required: 5 to 8 Years

Shift: General Shift 6days working

skills must required:

1 Accounting in Tally

2 Bills Receivables and Payables

3 TDS Calculation

4 GST Reconciliation

5 NBH Updation

6 Bank Reconciliation

Prior experience in real estate or property management /facility maintenance added advantage

Job description:

Ø Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.

Ø Documents financial transactions by entering account information.

Ø Collect all bills from administration and process the bills.

Ø Prepare vendor payment schedule and process.

Ø Coordinating with vendor payments and other activities with external team

Ø Prepares payments (vendor and statutory payments) by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.

Ø Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts.

Ø Preparing of Invoice: (Tax Invoice ,Proforma Invoice, Sales Invoice and Purchase invoice).

Ø Fulfill a board range of accounting, auditing, tax and consulting duties

Ø Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs

Ø Assist with tax audits

Ø Reconciliation of payable, receivable bank statement on daily basis

Job knowledge & Skills Required:

1) Accounting principles & Procedures

2) In-depth understanding of Statutory Compliance

3) Hands-on experience with accounting software packages like Tally ERP must

4) Advanced MS Excel skills

5) Ms. Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

6) Analytical skills - Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills

8) Communication Skills
