Job Title - Branch Head (Minimum 8 years of Experience / Age upto 40 years).
Work with management in establishing growth, sales, employee productivity and profit objectives for the branch.
Make certain that all office operations are performed in accordance with established Banking policies and procedures, either directly or through appropriate supervisor, e.g., balancing of books, control of vault cash, control of security documents, etc.
Implement strategies to achieve financial targets and qualitative goals assigned to the branch as part of Banks overall strategic plan
Cooperate with, participate in, and support the adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices in support of risk management and overall safety and soundness and the Bank's compliance with all regulatory requirements; ensure that the office and all personnel adhere to the same.
Bring out the best of branch personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
Job Title - Assistant Branch Head (Minimum 6 years of Experience in Branch Banking operations / Age upto 35 years).
Overall management of the branch, including operations, sales, service, audit, and staffing with a primary focus on operations.
Ensures that all banking operations are performed in accordance with established policies and procedures, viz. transaction processing, cash management, reconciliation of entries, etc.
Responsible for overall customer satisfaction through regular client interaction and prompt and timely redressal of customer grievances and resolution of customer complaints.
Assist in meeting or exceeding branch goals by deepening the existing relationships, developing new and profitable relationships, and growing customer base
Support in the delivery of quality customer service; developing an effective and efficient sales team.
