We are hiring DCS Officers to operate and manage plant automation systems in our chemical manufacturing setup. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Yokogawa or similar DCS systems, along with a solid understanding of process control and instrumentation. You will play a crucial role in ensuring plant efficiency, safety, and operational compliance.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor plant operations using DCS systems
Manage alarms, process parameters, and system events in real-time
Collaborate with the Shift In-charge for smooth production flow
Maintain accurate production records and shift logs
Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate any DCS or process-related issues
Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, safety norms, and compliance standards
???? Required Skills & Experience:
B.E. in Chemical Engineering
4–5 years of experience in DCS operations (preferably Yokogawa)
Sound knowledge of process instrumentation and automation
Prior experience in the Specialty Chemicals industry preferred
Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
