SLI Officers manage credit, sales and collections for microfinance and rural lending projects. Key roles include identifying customers (SHGs/JLGs) verifying creditworthiness through field visits, conducting borrower eligibility tests, managing loan disbursements and achieving portfolio growth and recovery targets.
