About Retail Lending:The Retail Lending department focuses on the lending business of the bank by offering various loan products like Home Loans, Car Loans, and Personal Loans among others. They also offer working capital loans and Business loans for Small Businesses and is also responsible for the rural lending business of the bankAbout the Role:The Gold loan officer services the gold loan customers who require short term, low interest loans by ensuring valuation of the gold by the empanelled valuer and the disbursement of the loan as per the laid down policy. The Gold Loan Officer coordinates with the vendor, sales team and the customers to ensure smooth execution of all processes Key ResponsibilitiesConduct credit appraisal of loans, sanctioning as per DOP and ensure disbursal of loan within stipulated TATProvide assistance in Gold valuation and execution of documents/registersResponsible for Data entry, Closure/Renewal & Account opening in system and for maintaining control returnsResponsible for the Safe keeping of Gold, Custodian of Storage Keys & File managementRender support to the Collection team for AuctionCo-ordinate with OCL team & ensure all files are received and storedAssist the IAD/FCU Audit teamEnsure Zero discrepancy during Internal audit & concurrent audit, review faults & improvise process to ensure these are not repeated.Monitor the Gold loan process and create related MISCo-ordinate with Branch Heads / AOM / GLOs to clear appraiser fees and for calibration of the weighing machineQualifications:Optimal qualification for success on the job is:Graduation/ Post-Graduation from a recognized instituteRole Proficiencies:For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local languageExcellent lead generation and conversion skillAbility to handle pressure and meet deadlinesHigh sales orientation to meet the sales targets consistentlyAbility to manage complex client situationsAbility to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment#ComeAsYouAre 'We are dil se open.
