Roles and responsibilities
1. Coordination with customers and vendors
2. Prepare MIS for corporate customers.
3. POD follow-up and billing update.
5. Coordination with the sales team for pickup and delivery records.
6. Prepare invoices and send bills to the customers.
7. Preparing MIS reports on a daily basis and sending the same to the Managers.
8. Coordinating with the sales team for work orders
+.Coordinating with the sales team for invoicing details and other charges and assisting with the same
10. Coordinating with the operations team for the vehicle to arrive on time.
11. Tracking and monitoring the shipment allocated and giving timely updates to the customer
12. Assist the customer with a proper update and keep them updated in any emergencies.
13. Tactfully handle situations and provide a good service to all our customers.
14. Provide timely details to the operations team about the shipment, including proper unloading , loading details and a contact number.
15. To fulfill vehicle requirements for clients by asking the planning department and informing the customer.
16.Managing all customer related queries during shipment by coordinating with operations, Sales, billing, and customer.
17. Be proactive in responding to emails, phone calls, and messages.
18. To fulfill all customers requirements with prompt service.
