Responsibilities
at broader level:
• Maintain employee records related to attendance
• Handle Attendance for salary processing within deadlines with accurate data
• Leave Management – Ensure the prompt processing of leaves
• Monthly Confirmation Leaves import
• Exit Management- Handle the clearance for all types of departed employee ensure the clearances are completed for voluntary and involuntary separations
• FNF Leave balance calculation for encashment
• Data Management- Maintain employee files and records
• Monthly submissions of Audit- Prepare the Muster roll & Leave register in the required formats
• Monthly Invoice processing
• Handling queries related to salary slips
• Tracking Attendance, Leave, LWP of the employees for accurate salary processing
• Creating and publishing Client holiday calendars
• Maintain Maternity Leaves record
• Timely closures for Helpdesk issues raised by employees.
Qualification : MBA –HR (Mandatory) / MPM / PG Degree in HR
Additional Skills Requirements:
• Knowledge of general HR policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent Time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
• Hands on Microsoft excel , word & powerpoint
• Professional with well rounded experience as a HR executive handling employee life cycle from Entry to Exit
• Hard working person with an ability to single handedly manage the activities.
Salary: As per relevant Experience and Company Standards
Note: Please note there will be a service agreement of 1.5 years for this position.
