Designation : Trainee Client Service Executive (Night shift-Voice process).
Job Location : Tidel Park in Taramani or Premises in Perungudi (Next to Perungudi EB office), Chennai
Job Roles :
Work in teams that process medical billing transactions and strive to achieve team goal In some cases
To make calls to insurance companies or to the client to follow up on unpaid claims.
Absorb all business rules provided by the customer and process transactions with a high standard of accuracy and within the stipulated turnaround time
Desired Candidate profile :
Should be Willing to work in Night shift (5.30 PM to 2.30 or later)
Should be willing to join immediately for work from office mode
Any degree is mandatory (Passed out year from 2026 onwards)
Should have Excellent English communication skills(Written and oral)
Should posses good typing skills and good knowledge in MS office(Excel Knowledge mandatory)
Should be willing to work for Minimum 1 year.
Cab Drop facility(One way) will be provided only for female candidates residing in nearby areas
Salary : Rs.17750/- as CTC per month
Salary for Candidates with prior experience in AR calling will be considered as per industry standards.
Candidates who have already attended interview with SCYO/SCIO within the past 2 months will not be considered.
