Job Summary: Role : OTC - Team Member Experience: 1 - 8 Years Job Location: Bangalore Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 15 years of regular education (10th + 12th + 3 years Graduation). Not more than 2 years of gap in Graduation or Employment. Bachelors degree / or Post Graduate in Accounting or Finance/CA/ICWA Will need to match US Hours – Night Shift. Job Description: Overall work experience and hands on exposure on Deductions/B2B Collections/Cash applications with exposure to High Radius. Accounts Receivables process knowledge and strong in accounting principles. Drive working capital strategy per process requirement Ability to handle diverse workload and work within stringent deadlines Resolve Unapplied/unidentified payments Perform customer account reconciliation/bank vs subledger reconciliation Manage complete life cycle of Refunds by coordinating with various teams Support Master Data maintenance as per requirement Create internal documents (Debit Note/Credit Note) Manage multiple Generic/Group Mailbox Mandatory Requirements (How to generate your EPCN) • EPCN number is mandatory for eligibility of the interview.
