Interview Date: April 4rth, 2026.
Interview Time: 10 AM onwards (Entry is closed at 12:30 PM)
Venue: TCS Gitanjali Park, International Financial Hub (CBD), Newtown, Kolkata, Chakpachuria, West Bengal 700156
Role: Employee Data Management (EDM)
Desired Experience Range: 1-5 yrs
Shift: Should be comfortable with night shift - US Hours & in a 24X7 shift environment
Mode of Working: Work from Office
Position Overview:
The Processor – HRM is a resource with required level of expertise, responsible to handle employee data updation (Hire, Job Data Changes / Personal Data Changes / Termination etc) per standard operating procedures and 100% accuracy. The resource is responsible for workflow management for resolving employee/ customer issues.
Formal Education & Certification
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Basic computer knowledge required (MS- Office Applications)
• Proven ability to adapt to new tools by applying logical approach
• Working Experience of 1 – 5 years in Employee Data Management Process.
• Typing speed of 30 wpm with 100% accuracy
Desired Education & Certification (Either one or multiple)
• Any certifications pertaining to employee record management
Knowledge & Experience
• Excellent understanding of core process step and impact thereof
• Excellent process knowledge of Employee Data Management.
• Ability to properly research, identify, and document a system defect
• Good understanding of various Systems/ applications being used to process
• Ability to understand :-
• the client administrative environment
• the various Systems being used to process a participant issue
• Workflow Management
• Basic understanding of MIS
• Good understanding of Service level agreements.

• Good analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail.

Core Role Responsibilities
• Manage company Structure, New Hire/Rehire, Separations, F&F Settlement, Payroll updates, etc.
• Review and Approve Personal Information Changes. Contact management if any new hire is submitted with incorrect information or if anything is missing.
• Supports answering helpdesk calls by making appropriate research as per standard procedure.
• Updates information in the WFM scheduling system, performs analysis to determine impact to available resources for the day.
• Runs Daily Pending PA report that is provided to the HR Ops Team.
• Complete Mass uploads for data changes: Terms, Seniority Dates, and Minimum Wage.
Work Conditions
• Occasionally extended work hours to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work 247 shift timings.
Eligibility:
•Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
Mandatory Documents to carry: Hard Copy of Resume, One Copy Passport Size Photo, Original and photocopy of Govt. ID proof.
