Job Description:
Acquisition Manager
• To acquire customers for Current Account, Savings Account Products of the bank.
• To achieve and deepen business volume and numbers
• To Cross-sell TPP like Insurance, Gold, Locker, FD, Asset Products etc.
• To retain customers through efficient customer service.
• Hardcore Sales Mentality Primary Motivation from the Achievement of targets.
• Should be well-groomed and presentable with Ambassadorship Qualities
• Minimum Experience : 1 Year in outbound sales
Branch Relationship Manager/Sr. Relationship Manager
o Handle customer service requirements like account opening, grievances, liability product selling, liability on product features, Cheque book insurance.
o Speed and efficiency of service given
o Sales targets for banks and investment products.
o Going beyond the professional need of the customer by providing other products. Enhancement of customer value
o Cross-sale of asset products
o Back-up to relationship managers holding HNI relationship
o Customer acquisition through referrals
o Equal blend of service and sales orientation. In absence of equality, prefer sales orientation as a skew
o Thorough understanding of banking
o Customer Retention
o Minimum Experience : 2 - 5 year in Branch Banking sales in a recognised Bank.
Elite Relationship Manager
o Develops new and expands existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities and commercial assets.
o Ensures high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy.
o Cross sells existing bank products to customers.
o Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship.
o Plans and conducts special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients.
o Coordinates with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products.
o Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.
o Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction
o 4 to 5 years work experience
o Developing and maintaining banking relationships with a select group of high net worth customers through individualized customer service.
o Very good understanding of Trade and Forex.
o Very good understanding of Commercial Assets like CC, OD, TL, Export Finance etc
o Understanding of MF and Insurance an added advantage Customer orientation
o High energy and drive.
o Go getter attitude.
o Minimum Experience : 3 - 5 years in Branch Banking sales in a recognised Bank majorly in current account, Trade forex sales
