Responsibilities:

• Lead a result-oriented team and is responsible for managing the Branch Profitability, ensuring high quality service and Customer Relationship Management, Operation and risk.

• Own all branch-banking objectives and overall branch supervision, ensure achievement of overall Branch Targets by generating business and cross sales

• Key Customer Relationship Management & supervision of all High-Net-Worth customer programs

• Ensure all components of the branch sales model function as per design

Job Name: Personal Banker Authorizer

Grade: Deputy Manager / Manager / Senior Manager

Responsibilities:

• To ensure that the branch customers are adequately serviced and appropriate products sold to them in a customer friendly environment that in turn ensures the branch attains profitability on all parameters with superior customer service and superior cross sell of products

• Managing and monitoring performance of the sales resources (BDR/COEX/Asset Coordinator) for optimal sales support

• Basic Hygiene Parameter like "Customer Instruction FTNR, Demat FTNR, CASA Activation"

• Escalations Handling" and Complaints

• Resolving all complaints received (self, branch, other units) within the stipulated TATs

• Promoting all direct banking channels and ensuring that the customer is utilizing the same

Job Name: Branch Sales Manager

Grade: Deputy Manager / Manager

Responsibilities:

• To facilitate acquisition of new CASA customers in the branch

• Ensure Activation and value build-up in newly acquired current account customer portfolio / value enhancement from portfolio of customers assigned.

• Higher customer wallet share of float and focus on cross-sell of business need products & personal banking and investment products to portfolio customers.

• Achievement of new acquisition value and number plan for retail current accounts for the branch

• Ensure overall value enhancement from the portfolio of customers handled

Job Name: Personal Banker

Grade: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager / Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Classic portfolio management by acquisition of new Classic customers and enhancement of the relationship by cross-selling products and services as per the profile & need of the customers

• Acquiring family accounts and deepening the size of the relationship and retention of the customers by providing the best possible services and being the dedicated point of contact for these customers

• Penetration of Saving Accounts on non liability customers

• To ensure that all accounts savings and current account (non ABM branches) opened in the month are activated as per product definition at the end of the next month

• Ensure that within each customer group a minimum number of stipulated Income Generating products are sold

Job Name: Preferred Relationship Manager

Grade: Deputy Manager / Manager / Senior Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for including HNI customers into the Preferred programme and offering them a superior customer experience to enhance the profitability of the relationship by increasing the relationship size

• Liaising with PB/ Preferred RM to flag eligible customers form Classic/ Preferred portfolio

• Maintain the overall quality / hygiene parameters of the portfolio

• Cross selling products of the bank based on the customer need

• Advisory services to be offered based on the requirement in coordination with PBG

• Look for opportunities to cross sell any other product of the Bank, to ensure that HDFC Bank is a one stop shop & solution for all banking needs of the Preferred Customer

Job Name: Imperia Relationship Manager

Grade: Manager / Senior Manager / AVP

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for including HNI customers into the Imperia programme and offering them a superior customer experience to enhance the profitability of the relationship by increasing the relationship size, cross selling the right products

• Regular interaction with the customer to build rapport to understand and update the profile

• Acquisition of new customers who meet product criteria

• Look for opportunities to cross sell any other product of the Bank, to ensure that HDFC Bank is a one stop shop & solution for all banking needs of the Imperia Customer

• Promoting all direct banking channels and ensuring that the customer is utilizing the same

Job Name: Current Account Relationship Manager

Grade: Deputy Manager / Manager

Responsibilities:

• Understand customers business profile / requirements and fulfil needs via products/services such as Trade Finance / Forex, Cash Management Services, POS Machines / Payment gateway solutions, doorstep banking, Loans, Life / General Insurance etc.

• Maintaining portfolio health i.e. Account activation & balance maintenance

• Ensure action on central triggers / customer service initiatives

• Help customer with appropriate products to fulfil family and business banking needs, including those of Group Firms, and thereby maximize relationship value

Job Name: Customer Experience Executive

Grade: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager

Responsibilities:

• To provide best in class banking services to our customers.

• Providing prompt solution to customer queries/resolution of customer issues within prescribed TAT

• Migrating customer requests to various direct banking channels of our bank

• Ensure satisfactory audit in Welcome desk area of the branch.
