Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Achieve sales targets and providing Customer service Achieving the Business targets assigned in terms of cross selling, enhancing and upgrading the relationships. Responsible for ensuring high quality service ,Key Customer Relationship Management & achievement of targets on all product level campaigns. Effectively service inbound/ outbound calls to customers. Profiling Customers and provide financial products to meet customer needsSales targets spread across Liabilities, Retail Assets, Forex, Credit Cards, Online trading etc. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum Qualification Graduation in any stream 0 -5 years experience in BPO Sales, Phone banking would be preferred. Excellent communication skillsGood Relationship Management & service focus Skills. Should have good knowledge of liability products.
