The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complex website data, ensuring accuracy in updates, and coordinating effectively with internal teams to understand and execute requirements. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who have strong English communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, organize, and update website data with precision and consistency
Coordinate with various teams (content, design, tech, marketing) to understand data requirements
Ensure timely and accurate data entry across multiple platforms
Review, verify, and maintain data quality and integrity
Monitor website content updates and report discrepancies
Assist in documentation, tracking, and maintenance of data workflows
Work closely with senior team members to support process improvements
Communicate effectively to clarify requirements and update stakeholders
Skills & Qualifications
Any graduation degree (preferred: BBA/BCA/BCom/BA/BSc, but open to all streams)
Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data
Basic understanding of MS Excel/Google Sheets
Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly
Good coordination and teamwork skills
Self-motivated, organized, and responsible
Problem-solving ability with a positive attitude
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
Prior internship or experience in data entry, website management, or administrative roles
Basic understanding of website content management systems (CMS)
